1. Commercial Use License & Restrictions

Prime Source grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the business data obtained through our platform for your own internal B2B sales and marketing outreach. However, you may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or commercially broker the raw data to third parties; (b) use the platform to build a competing database product; or (c) use the data to harass, spam, or conduct illegal activities.

2. Legal Compliance & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for how you use the data. By using Prime Source, you agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws, including the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Source and its affiliates from any legal claims, fines, or damages arising out of your unsolicited marketing practices or failure to provide legal opt-out mechanisms.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Prime Source aggregates business information from publicly available web sources. While our engine strives for high precision, we provide the data "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant or guarantee that every phone number or email address is 100% accurate, active, or up-to-date. Refunds will not be issued for individual bounced emails or disconnected numbers.

4. Anti-Abuse & Account Termination

To ensure fair use of our system, Prime Source strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts to exploit free tiers or promotional credits. The use of email aliases (e.g., "+tags"), disposable email domains, or automated bots is forbidden. We reserve the right to instantly terminate, suspend, or permanently ban any account, and void any associated credits, if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
